FORMAL LETTER

Director Bletchley Park London Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing because heard that you need people that are code-breakers . So I would like to apply for this job  I am 18 years old and I know a lot of M aths, so I think that I would be a good worker as a code-breaker. If I am not wrong, to work in this situation I have to know who to save secrets very .Well you can trust me because when somebody explains a secret to me I never say it if they don’t want to.  As I said before, ap art from knowing a lot of Ma ths, I like it too. So I think that it is important because I would never be bored at work and I could do the tasks really well.  In addition, I have worked as a receptionist and my boss said that I was very responsible and a hard-worker.  I hope you will consider my application favourably. I would be happy to attend an interview at any time is convenient. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.  Yours faithfully, Carla Mo

Learning English my way

Learning English my way Like o many people, I started learning English when I was 5. In that moment I didn’t like it because I didn’t understand anything while the teacher was talking. I grew up and I started 1st of ESO and I didn’t have any idea about English because in my school we didn’t study grammar, we only studied vocabulary and songs.  Since I was 7, my grandmother always has told me that I could go to a private English school but I didn’t like learning languages so I didn’t go. When I started 1st of ESO I realized that i didn’t have any idea of English. In that moment I told my grandmother that I wanted to go to a private English school and she was really excited.  At the moment I’m attending lessons in bachillerat but I go to a private school too. There I can practise things that I didn't understand at all in class and improve.

WRITING LOVE-LOCKS

Image
Lots of cities have a bridge where people can put some love-locks and throw the key to the water. But, is this action romantic or a menace? First of all, people do this to know how much their boyfriend or girlfirend love them. On the love-lock, they usually put their names and the date that they started the relationship. This action is very romantic because the people that do this, think that their relationship’ll never finish. Secondly, a lot of people aren’t satisfied with the relationship that they’re having. Probably they put this love-lock to self-convince that he/she loves the other person. In this situation they do this under pressure because they don’t want to do it, but the other person does. In this situation, this action is a menace because you don’t do this action because you want and like. In conclusion, this action could be romantic or a menace depending on the relationship that the people are having.

OPINION ESSAY

SHOULD STUDENT'S TEXTBOOKS BE REPLACED BY NOTEBOOK COMPUTER?  As you know, nowadays we use technology all the time; searching something, communicating, doing homework... So in my opinion, students use rechnology every day too. So replace student's textbooks by notebook compiter is a good option. First of all, in our school students of 1st ESO are using computers to do all homework, writing their notes, contacting with their teachers... So they don't need having textbooks in theis schoolbag. Seconfly, if they don't have books in their bag, probably they have less back problems like "contracturas". In their notebook computer they could have photos of the books that they need, so in the schoolbag they don't need to bring so many things. In conclusion, student's textbooks should be replaced by notebook computers because they could have aall they need in the computer, without carrying so many things.

REVIEW

SCHLINDER'S LIST Schlinder's list is a drama film set in germany. It was directed by Steven Spielberg. The main characters are Oskar Schlinder (Liam Neeson), Itzhak Stern (Ben Kingstey) and Amon Goeth (Ralph Fiennes).  Schlinder's list is a film thath is based on the true story of Oskar Schlinder. He saved about 1.000 Jews from being gassed at Auschwitz concentration camp. This film tells the stoy of a man that turns his factory intp a refuge of Jews. There he teaches Jewish people how to make all things that he needs to do in his factory. As we know, a lot of Jews found death in concentration camps gassed by nazi people. The people that entered that factory were lucky because they probsbly didn't fie. In some of the scenes you can see a lot of people in trains that are being transported in bad conditions. I recommmend seeing this film because you can feel how people that were living in those times thought, lived...
